Project Manager

  • Strong experience working as a Project Director on $200m + developments overseeing over 30 technical personnel. 
  • Highly skilled construction knowledge and acumen including project oversight, financial administration, on-site inspections, QA/QC, safety, contractor management and human resource management.
  • Responsibilities include managing project development phases for new construction projects, from pre-construction to delivery.  Managed the operational side of projects, involving working closely with all stakeholders, clients, investors, suppliers, project teams and vendors.  Oversee complete construction management phases, from planning, cost planning, pre-construction through to completed building activities.

Senior Project Engineer

With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management and Engineering and CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI Credential). A highly capable and enthusiastic construction professional, currently working with one of Australia’s largest privately owned building companies, and recently completed one of the largest Hotel construction projects in the Perth CBD.

Site Manager

With over 36  years’ experience in the Construction Industry as a Site Manager in multi-disciplinary environment this candidate has extensive experience  overseeing major construction projects.  He is level headed, highly technical and consistently works to a high standard. This candidate is highly versatile and self-motivated, he has a high work ethic and fantastic communication skills managing clients and subcontractors.  Our Senior Site Manager will add value to any team he aligns with. 

  • As an experienced Site Manager, this candidate comes from a Carpentry trade background and has managed well known projects in Perth of up to $550m.
  • He has significant experience in supervising trades and contractors in relation to sequence of work, performance and quality control, stakeholder management of architects and engineers, Chair weekly site safety committee meetings after attending safety audit site walk, programming and scheduling of all works from extensive drawings including engineering, architectural and project specifications, quantifying, ordering and purchasing of materials and equipment from overseas suppliers to remote site.

Site Supervisor - Finishes

With a diploma in Construction and 1st Bsc Hons Construction management, this high achieving and ambitious candidate has vast experience as a Site Supervisor managing across their Finishing trades for well known tier 1 construction companies. He is a reliable candidate and has an honest, enthusiastic and motivated disposition that sets him apart as a passionate and committed candidate.
 

  • An experienced Site Supervisor with a Carpentry background and has over 26 years of experience on Commercial and Residential Projects up to $350m. He has admirable leadership skills and excellent construction and technical knowledge and acumen.
  • He has been responsible for building and maintaining a risk management culture by forming positive relationships with workers and the clients, monitoring subcontractors performance, ensure quality and programs are met, Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, deliver Capex (capital expenditure projects) and Ambient upgrade packages.

Site Supervisor - Structures

With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, our highly competent and dynamic candidate has vast experience in managing multimillion dollar construction projects, including government infrastructure and commercial projects.  He provides ample evidence of capabilities in multi- tasking, adaptability, strong work ethics and hard work with an outcomes driven mindset. 

  • A strong problem solver, risk manager and decision maker with outstanding supervisory and team work skills. Has experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction of a $1.2b Children’s Hospital.   • Has been responsible for supervising the delivery of surgical operating theatres, co-ordination of all service trades to ensure efficient and compliant installation of complex services, ensuring all sub-contractor employees adhered to the comprehensive OH&S requirements, close co-ordination with FF&E to commence fitout, lead role in problem resolution with the design team and contractors.

Design Manager

With an Architecture degree and qualified with over 17 years construction industry experience as a Design Manager, our candidate is skilled with the ability to lead both consultant teams and subcontractors during the design and delivery stages of a project.  She has excellent problem solving, negotiation and collaboration skills and is instrumental to seeing her projects consistently move forward.
 
  • A proven track record including experience with commercial design management and co-ordination, commercial contract administration and package management of commercial projects valued between $10 to $300 million
  • Has been responsible for design management of the consultant team across all interior design scope, project managed the design and construction of reputable hotel, project management and contract administration of finishes packages, Design Co-ordination of associated services trade interfaces, Tender package preparation, scope of works and tender assessment and contract award of finishing trade packages.
  • Focused on achieving the project outcomes required whilst always maintaining professional standards of communication, a collaborative approach, high integrity and good working relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Strong in design development and value engineering and managing the close out of key design issues for well known projects. This enabled the employer to quantify design risk and to finalise a D&C contract price and the be awarded the contract.

  • Highly skilled financial reporting and subcontract management, exposure to major civil and building projects, clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team with strong and effective contract management of Head Contract and subcontracts.
  • Experience across mentoring project teams in commercial management of projects and set the bench mark for commercial excellence through regular audits and site visits as well as take the lead commercial role for any major project, procurement and commercial management of all major structural trade packages, drafted a number of major head contract variation/ extension of time claims, worked across end of month head contract progress claims, forecasting, risk and opportunity analysis for senior management reporting.
  • Effective management and leadership skills. Led the commercial management of major projects for reputable developer. This entailed client, subcontractors, stakeholders and project team and up to 7 directly reporting commercial personnel.
  • Achievements include smooth start-up of the project and procurement/ contract management of challenging trade packages with combined total let value in excess of $90m; and developed a standard approach/ scope of works document for all trades as well as best practice contract management manual.

With a Bachelor of Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying) and currently completing his MBA our candidate has been working with a leading tier 1 Construction company responsible for establishing the businesses presence in delivering major projects in WA and leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Diverse skillset ranging from developing budgets from estimating handover and controlled budgets throughout project development, managed the procurement cycle including subcontract negotiations through to recommendation and award and seeing the project through construction
  • An experienced Precontracts Manager responsible for commercial management of trade packages from design to delivery. He developed innovative procurement strategies for multiple packages on a $1b Hospital to match complex logistical and program requirements.

Services Manager

A highly skilled candidate with proven track record as a Building Services Engineer/Services Manager, specialising in the management of all building services, vertical transportation and related technology disciplines through all stages of Design & Construction. He is an Engineer, specialising in HVAC system design as well as technical due diligence inspections of building services. 
  • Excellent skillset with the ability to lead multi-discipline engineering teams, foster strong long term stakeholder relationships and manage the delivery of engineering services through the full D&C process on time and on budget.
  • Has spent the last 5 years at a leading developer builder project managing and coordinating all building services, vertical transportation and technology infrastructure for the timely delivery of innovative, integrated solutions on assigned projects, managing internal engineering design team to produce accurate briefs for the procurement of external professional services; subsequently managing external resources to produce compliant, quality assured, detailed engineering design packages, assisting the estimating team in the development of the services engineering cost planning in early project phases.
