I first spoke to Sara about 8 years ago when I was looking at moving out of bricklaying. She was able to get me an opportunity to work in my first position as a Junior Scheduler for a Residential builder. Since then she has constantly been there making sure I have been given the best possible opportunities to progress with that builder.
