• We maintain strong recruitment controls in place including the use of AI & CRM tools to remove any unconscious bias for recruitment selection, onboarding, reviewing and benchmarking wages, and salary agreements.

• Our recruitment processes also ensure that candidates confirm they have read and understood our policies and minimum standards.

• Human rights and Modern Slavery are very much a part of our recruitment processes ensuring that everyone working with us has a basic awareness of the risks and ways to report within that framework
