With over 18 years’ experience recruiting technical white-collar roles in the Construction industry, Sara brings a wealth of experience, having worked in leadership positions Nationally. Sara recruits across a diversified position level, ranging from Graduates through to CEO’s with a main focus on providing the best Construction companies Nationally with project personnel. With an infectious passion for her work, coupled with top-tier industry knowledge, Sara consistently delivers high calibre candidates who always add undeniable value to her Clients’ businesses.

  • The first office was opened in Perth, WA. Over the years established as delivering best-in-class recruitment practices for the construction industry in WA.

  • Finesse Wellness was created to sit alongside and service Finesse Consulting clients to introduce programs that created increased fulfilment and effectiveness in the work place.
